    Summary: Overall it's a good tool. I think if they did some improvements for the interface it'd be even better.

    Positive: I really liked how easy it was too track tweets and to see the engagement stats for an entire profile.

    Negative: I wish the user interface was easier to understand.

    Good before the market became crowded

    Summary: Overall, it was good in it's prime but now it's been overtaken by other competitors with more funding like Buffer and Hootsuite.

    Positive: It used to be the best option for scheduling and replying to tweets from the desktop. Now that the market is mature, there are better apps.

    Negative: The UI is outdated as well as the branding. I'd recommend another app like Buffer.
