Summary: Overall, I enjoy the ability to schedule staff in one place in a quick and easy manner. Being able to see everyone's shifts for the day/week in one place helps communicate who is on duty to our entire team.

Positive: Ability to copy previous week shifts for smooth/fast scheduling, documenting employee pay, seeing everyone's schedule for the week in one place.

Negative: Not being able to delete employees and freeing up usage.

Summary: When I Work is really easy to use, reliable, and has made managing shifts so much smoother for our business. The interface is user-friendly, and customer support has been responsive whenever we had questions. Overall, automating our scheduling process has saved us a lot of time, boosting productivity across the board. Highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their scheduling!

Positive: The user-friendly interface makes scheduling simple for both managers and employees, and we can make changes quickly and accurately. Customer support is excellent, always responsive and helpful when we need assistance.

Negative: I wish we could copy schedules individually, rather than in bulk.

Summary: Would highly recommend. Great value and functionality for low price. Different tiers available depending on your team size.

Positive: Easy scheduling, monthly timesheets — makes payroll that much easier! We've tried many different scheduling platforms and this is the one we're sticking with!

Negative: Not as many functions to accommodate non-traditional work schedules.

Summary: Overall, the team loves the convenience of clocking in and out from their mobile device. It helps them keep up with their time and I love that they have access to their schedule at anytime.

Positive: I love the easy layout of the software and how it is easy to transition from one thing to the next. The app makes it easy to follow up as well.

Negative: I would love to copy a shift from one day and paste to another.

Summary: It makes it quick and easy to schedule the team and focus attention on other areas! This product reinforces the idea that sometimes simpler is the better option. It isn't overcomplicated and finicky like others I have used.

Positive: The ease and convenience, such a user friendly software. The staff enjoys the simplistic approach to viewing their schedule and sending time off requests.

Negative: I haven't found much I haven't enjoyed, I do need to memorize the easy keyboard prompts

Summary: Managing two locations and using paper TOR and calendars is a thing of the past. Now I have it all with me regardless of where I am and my staff love it too

Positive: I love the notifications and convenience and that both of my locations are all in one place. This app has made shift coverage so much fun and easy. Im on my phone working on the app even when Im at home

Negative: None that I can think of. I am still gradually working into the app

Summary: I love When I Work! My team is also very happy with it and often talks about how easy it is to use!

Positive: Love the speed of creating a schedule and how easy it is to communicate with my team. Simple for staff to input their time off requests too!

Negative: I need more comprehensive HR oversight & reporting. Would love to see some trainings offered through the site as well to staff.

Summary: Very happy with it overall. Easy to understand and learn and navigate. Love the color coding option. My field is logistics and this program complies with my drivers and companies needs.

Positive: Offered the ability to customize to my specific industry and easy share scheduling with drivers.

Summary: Very good, I can easily use this tool to monitor hours and needs of the company shifts, as well as look at gaps for possible hiring needs.

Positive: It's easy to add, modify or delete users/shifts and the color coding helps determine which positions are colored. It's nice that it can be printed, too.

Negative: It was a little busy looking at first until I got used to the layout.

Summary: It's good app. Very easy to use. I think I would need some training for certain things I would like to use if the app can do it. But overall satisfied

Positive: I like the convenience of clocking in and out so easily and checking to see who's already clocked in.

Negative: If I call someone in last minute to work, I have to create a shift for them to clock in. Would be nice if they can clock in and it sends an approval to management to approve with one click.

Summary: So, so happy we upgraded to When I Work. It has simplified the scheduling department, making changes easier and less time consuming on management. Our employees love that it's mobile and they can view their time card in real time.

Positive: We love that it's mobile, employees can view their schedule from anywhere. We also love that employees can communicate with each other easily, and swap shifts with a few clicks.

Negative: We wish all departments could view each others schedules.

Summary: This has been a positive experience for myself and the staff. It has not been long and still implementing our to all.

Positive: Being able to have multiple options for the staff on how to view schedules, who and when.
The mobile application was a must for me.
Customer Service had been available and easy to work with

Negative: As much as I like the multiple options to view, some these seem cumbersome to work with and figure out the filters

Summary: We're always looking for more efficient ways to communicate open shifts to our workers. When I Work has been a cost-effective and user-friendly way to match job seekers with our client opportunities.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind! When I Work has definitely made our job easier!

Summary: Overall, we've had a wonderful experience with When I Work, from our demo to application in practice. The program has everything we need and for a very reasonable price!
