Summary: We actually used Zoom for a while before making the switch to WebinarGeek and we don't regret it. WebinarGeek provides a lot of automation to make your life easy.

Positive: -you can automate entire emailing workflows before and after your webinar
-flexibility regarding type of webinar: live, automated or on-demand
-high customization for registration forms and emails
-their support is incredibly fast and helpful
-very intuitive UI to set up webinars
-integration possibilities

Negative: -it would be great to be able to customize the embed registration form as well

Summary: WebinarGeek are always easy to reach and are great at thinking things through if there is a problem. Very convenient and easy to use.

Positive: WebinarGeek is nice to use, and very handy to get a record of everyone who watched the webinar, in order to get an overview of all the information.

Negative: While using WebinarGeek, I did not experience any disadvantages.

Summary: Great tool to start your webinar journey with. A bit more user friendliness and more options to customise the registration page and forms would be a plus. They pay attention to users feedbacks, so hopefully they'll bring more features in near future.

Summary: WebinarGeek is the best (Dutch) webinar platform. Their helpdesk is fantastic! They are willing to do everything in their power to answer your questions as soon as possible (very quick) and solve your problems. I wouldn't know what to do without them.

Positive: Easy layout, embeddable registration form for your website, super fast helpdesk, everything in dutch, automated webinars, injectable videos.

Negative: I can't think of anything I don't like... Nothing at all.

Positive: Great communication flow setup around the webinar, the webinar itself (as in the live event) actually is just a part of the whole. Being a marketer, I love that. Easy to use, very intuitive software.

Negative: In the future, when having ample experience, I think I'd like to have more customizable options. When starting it's great as it is.

Positive: WebinarGeek works very easily. There are many options and the support can really help you further. Obviously not a computer or a layman. Really someone who knows how webinar geek works and really watches the lesson in question with you.

Negative: The only issue I've had is that some people were unable to chat during the live webinar. This was probably due to the browser. Webinar clearly functions much better in chrome than in other browsers. You notice that.

Summary: Great software and easy to use, many great product features. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start giving webinars.

Positive: Easy to use software with many features, but not so many that it is hard to use. It is very simple and comfortable.

Negative: It is quite expensive as I only need it once per month.

Summary: Very satisfied and when I'm not because of a problem, help is only one chat away ;). They constantly improve so I think it will only get better. But I hope their excellent support remains, even when growing the business.

Negative: So far it is not possible to see people. It's a one way street. It would be nice if- in the future - this could also be possible.

Summary: The overall experience is great. This is not only based on the software itself but also on the support of the helpdesk.

Positive: Webinargeek is for me the best platform that is available in my native language. It is easy to use and I like the integration with the payment system Mollie in order to give paid webinars.

Negative: To be honest I don't really have any major cons. Everything that I need for my webinars is available.

Summary: I love using Webinargeek as my tool to give webinars and I use it to record all my online teachings.

Positive: Very complete and easy to use Webinar tool with a lot of built in goodies. Email sequences, easy to customize content to your own look and feel.

Summary: We have been using the software for more than 3 years and love it. Support is super when you experience hiccups or don’t know your way around the software.
The quality of the stream is always high without hiccups!

Negative: We can’t add extra users to manage the account properly. So we don’t need an extra seat to be able to run 2 webinars at a time but want to add “admin” users.

Summary: One of the better companies i have been in contact with over the recent years. Like i said overall support is fantastic.

Positive: Prices are better than the competitors. Support team is fantastic, they respond fast. Thank you Stan for the fantastic technical support. Overall it is easy to use and we can stream in RTMP.

Negative: I think i haven't had anything that i didn't like.
