Summary: Very easy to use for me as a host, but also for my viewers. I would recommend this tool for everybody who wants to host professional webinars in the easiest way possible.

Positive: What I absolutely love about WebinarGeek is the fact that they work completely in the browser so I didn't have to download anything (which is sometimes difficult within our company network..) Very easy to set up and host webinars. Lots of great features that made me step up my webinar game!

Negative: With my amount of viewers, I wanted a Starter Package, but to get the features I love I needed a Premium subscription.

Summary: I tried WebinarJam but that didn't fit my needs. WebinarGeek offers a lot more functionality and the looks are way more professional.

Positive: Easy to use, flexible and great pricing. It comes with handy integrations. Also it is very easy to use with a lot of features.

Negative: Can't think of it. The support team is great and the setup for a webinar is really easy.

Summary: The interface looks great, is easy to use and the client service is quick. One can adapt look and feel, although that might become a little smoother. Now a big logo of mine appears, it doesn't adjust. But overall I am truly satisfied.

Positive: I use it for my e-learning courses. And though quality, options and service is perfect, the platform is not so handy if you give a series e-learning courses. That went wrong a few times with my attendants. But I will try it a little longer as the service and looks are so good!

Negative: I had a few attendants who couldn't attend a pre-recorded lesson. There was nothing wrong in what I or the attendants did. There was a mysterious error by copying a webinar of an application.

Summary: Super easy and user friendly platform for hosting webinars.

I specifically recommend their customer service. They are fast to reply and helpful with solving issues. Or if something's not possible with the platform at least they give an honest answer about that.

Positive: Easy to start hosting a live webinar or record a webinar or series of webinars. Offers a good range of possibilities for an affordable price.

Negative: Not the greatest option in customising the screens, however a certain degree of customisation is possible.
