Summary: The experience so far is great. WPS Office has saved me from lots of stress, meeting deadlines and giving beautiful documents for my projects.

Positive: WPS Office is flexible. It enables me to prepare my documents, assignments and statistics table. With WPS Office i can prepare slides for presentation and deliver them effective. It contains lots of features and tools which makes my work very easily and fast.

Negative: Improvement should be effected on the CV templates and table of contents for documents should be improved.

Summary: Overall, WPS Office come with all the office related tools like word, ppt, spreadsheets etc. It is an easy-to-use and affordable software.

Positive: - It is easy to install and use.
- It is the most affordable office software available.
- It is available on all the platforms.

Negative: - It does not work up to the mark on devices with Linux OS.

Summary: It is a must-have application.
It gives features of multiple application in one.
Frequent updates make it better than other applications.

Positive: It can read and write any kind of document.
The interface is good.
It has very handy tools.
It can use to view a lot of files.

Negative: Sometimes it takes time to open a file.
Too many in-app purchases.

Summary: Great office suite. It is my favorite for all my Office needs, it doesn't waste too much resources, and does what needs to be done while allowing us to enjoy the process. Most of all, it is free!

Positive: - The multi-component mode.

- Pretty GUI and interface.
- It is available on phone as well.
- Large collection of templates.

Negative: - Mobile version is quite heavy.
- No support for Grammarly.

Summary: WPS Office is the best alternative for MS Office you can find in the internet. It’s free of cost, doesn’t require any subscription, has all the features one could ask for.
It works seamlessly between both platforms.

Positive: - Available on both mobile and desktop platforms.

- Seamless workflow between both mobile and PC.

Negative: - Ads can be a menace while working. The mobile version of this app certainly has a lot of those.

Summary: WPS Office is a prominent office suite for word and excel. We are using and have an overall positive experience. It works flawlessly on mobile devices. Very easy to connect with the cloud to save and backup files.

Positive: #1- It's available on both mobile and desktop platforms.
#2- It supports word, excels, pdf, ppt, and many other file formats.
#3- Easy to export and transfer from PC to mobile devices.

Negative: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Summary: WPS Office is a great alternative to Microsoft Office. It provides an equivalent suite of applications which should be sufficient for basic office needs. It is available on all operating systems and even on mobile.

Summary: WPS Office is packed with writer, spreadsheet and presentation. It has ability merge files, we always use this functionality to merge the different reports to create a consolidated report. The bookmark feature is very useful if you are going through a big document as it gives you liberty to bookmark it and later resume from there. It is cross platform application works seamlessly on windows, Mac, Android or iOS. The WPS Scanner feature is very useful - you can take image of any document and it convert that image to editable file. The files created through WPS can be easily viewed/edited on other offices too.

Positive: The WPS office is very light but packed with feature we need in document creation, edit or read. The plethora of feature includes -
1. It support editing, creation of Spreadsheets, Presentations, Word files, PDF.
2. It support merging of files.
3. It support adding bookmark, E-signatures.
4. Cross platform - Supports Windows, Mac-OS, iOS
5. WPS Scanner for mobile devices
6. Very Appealing UI and easy to use navigation.

Negative: Sometime upon converting PDF to docx, the content becomes completely misaligned, which is very frustrating to re-align them.

Summary: WPS Office is best and all in one office suite currently available in market. I use WPS Office with Zoom and integration it's very useful and convenient and also compatible with giant Microsoft 365 service makes it great to use.

Positive: It helps to convert picture to a document. Supports PDF, Word, Excel and many more makes it a very powerful office tool. Integrated with Zoom, Google Drive.

Negative: Nothing to share any cons about this app. I never feel any problem using this app.

Summary: My overall experience was good as it helped me in making my journey easy as it do the most of the work easily which take time on other apps.

Positive: The most important pros of WPS would be it's availability it's free and can be used in anywhere it's compatible and easy to use it's interfere is very to the point and it's makes the way easy and it also offer a wide range of feature so you can edit your work the way you like

Negative: The only cons is Would say is the advertisement in the free version.

Summary: Using WPS Office is just one of the great alternatives in an Office Suite. You can simply do all your tasks, presentation and reports since the Suite already have all of those. However, there are things that can be improved better when it comes to their design and how the software consumes system resource. If it does have a more better way to be able to work on systems that have lesser system resources, this would be the best alternatives for students without needing to look for an Office Suite that costs a bit of an expensive amount.

Negative: · Sometimes, the software is resource-demanding.
· Design is somehow good but can be improved to less clutter.

Summary: A good little suite, especially if you work with PDFs a lot. The premium/business version are worth paying for the PDF editing features alone. There's a ton of templates for the spreadsheets program too, and the word program is on par with others. If you want to get a really good feel of it before purchasing, you can get about half way there with the free version as the best parts of this suite as pay only, but the price tag for it isn't that bad. If you do a lot of work with PDFs, I'd recommend paying for this suite over some of the other big ones out there. If that's not a big factor for you, I wouldn't recommend it too highly and I don't think the paid versions would be worth it if that's not a factor. If you just need a free office suite and don't mind ads, and you don't want to use a Google or Microsoft product, it's not half bad. I'd just stick with the free version in that case.

Positive: It has what you'd expect out of an office suite, and access on the phone is decent. Everything does what you'd expect it to, and you won't be in the Microsoft or Google bubble if that's what you're looking for. There is both a free and paid versions available for you to choose from, meaning you can give it a pretty good test run before deciding on paying up more for the premium version. Where WPS really stands out is its PDF editing functions, but its Word and Excel equivalent are both good too. Premium and business versions aren't too pricey either.

Negative: The phone version can get annoying with the big ad pop-ups that happen near every time you open up a file with the free version. The best features for the PDF program in the suite are locked behind premium/business plans, so you can't test those out too much without paying up first.

Summary: I have started to prefer WPS for all my Word, Spreadsheet and Presentation uses. The GUI is smooth, and the premade templates are simply too good to miss. You get all the customization options you want, and most of all, it's free!

Positive: It delivers what it promised to deliver. Right after installation, the software asks you whether you want to choose multi-component mode or all-in-one mode, which is an important feature you don't see in many of the other Office alternatives. You can also customize the look and feel of your workspace, which is awesome. My favorite feature is something else though - the impressive collection of readymade templates they provide! There are a variety of templates in many categories which you can use and personalize according to your needs. This feature has saved a lot of time and effort for me.

Negative: Sometimes the document files (.docx and .doc) created in WPS Office has a weird formatting when you open them in MS Word. You'll have to manually adjust the font, spacing etc, until it looks good again. This can be frustrating when you want to open the file in another computer which doesn't use WPS. The software also crashes unexpectedly (very rarely though, like 1-2 times), and once, I had to completely uninstall it and reinstall to get it working again. But I haven't yet encountered this problem in the latest version.
