Visma Scanner allows you to take photos, save and send invoices and receipts to Visma eAccounting smart digitally. The app makes it easier to keep track of receipts and reduces the chance of them being lost. The app allows you to quickly send the required source documents images to the accounting department or office. They can then post them directly to the ledger. You must keep the original receipt/purchase invoice for accounting purposes and payment. If you need to verify something you have posted, you can link source document images to journal entries or purchase invoices. You will receive an email notification in the app when new images become available for linking. To allow the app to send images via Visma eAccounting Smart the service administrator must log in to vismaonline.com to grant Visma Scanner users access to the service.
