Summary: Overall, have had a good experience with Vantage Circle. I've used it for multiple benefits even to purchase my laptop which was big expense for me. The offers have been great and truly tangible rather than just for display.

Negative: I've been having some login issues lately, but I understand that's an internal admin problem. Wish there were benefits for Birthdays and Work anniversaries. But no cons really :)

Positive: It is a great platform for Employee Rewards & Recognition . This product has design flexibility. We are widely using this platform for providing Winner Circle points to our employees, which keeps them highly motivated. Also use of this winner circle point to procure vouchers are remarkable.

Negative: The rewards system is not as comprehensive as some alternatives. There are not many rewards available and some of them may not be of great value to some employees.
