Summary: I am happy by the overall app experience and ease of use. Great product line up. Makes my ecommerce shopping easier! :)

Positive: 1 - Ease of use. I redeem the points using the website on my mobile phone.
2 - Great line of products. All the major ecommerce sites are on the vantage.
3 - Assigning the points and redeeming is quite convenient.
4- Gives an opportunity to reward the employees which is kind of real money.

Negative: The search could be optimised.
Should also include food apps.
UI/ UX can be optimized.

Summary: It is a great experience. It enables to shop from various brands using the Vantage points and it is easy to use too.

Positive: Exciting offers and brands are available which can be accessed using the vantage points. There are many exciting offers which are provided. It is hassle free and easy to use.

Negative: Nothing as of yet. I am a new user and I am still exploring. The experience as of now has been great.

Summary: My overall experience with Vantage Circle is very good I enjoy it very much it is very convenient and it has good features.

Positive: It has all the website gift cards and coupons which come in very handy when you have to redeem them. Personally I love the fact that it has gift cards of big industries like Amazon, Flipkart etc.

Negative: I don't like the interface it is very minimal and we have to find everything by scrolling a overall search option and recommendation to different coupon would be of great help.

Summary: Overall, the experience was amazing and easy...I get excited to use this app because of its variety of products to choose from.

Positive: It is a user-friendly app integrated to our rewards and recognition tool. We use this as a platform to share and wish people on their birthdays and anniversary.

Negative: Nothing like that. This is really an outstanding platform for any Organization to reward their employees.

Positive: Vantage Circle is a great option for us to redeem the points gifted by our company, It has lot of merchants which we shop on daily basis and its possible to redeem the point for any kind of purchases.

Negative: Vantage Circle team can plan to add more option/merchants which would provide more option for us.

Summary: Overall my experience was amazing as I got to gift my father something he needed and was able to contribute something because of the Vantage points.

Positive: I liked how easy it was to use the points to claim a gift card. I used the points to buy a phone for my father as an anniversary gift.

Negative: I wanted to utilize the left points of 250 too for the same vendor but was unable to redeem gift card of same value.

Summary: It's a good service that helps everyone a lot, I really like the feature that provides discount on products.

Positive: On Vantage Circle, they provide coupons for lots of online shopping stores that helps a lot to buy stuff from different websites.

Negative: Need to add more stores like purple and also add mobile recharge coupons also.

Summary: Wonderful! Recognition has come a long way from a certificate & star of the month to keeping things professional, pertinent and prudent.

Positive: Vantage circle gives a wide array of choices to the user making recognition personal and relevant.

The system is user friendly and the design - intuitive.

Appreciate the customer centricity wrt support and query resolution.

Negative: The nudges could be better - eg take note of landmark employee days, surveys to understand user profile etc.

Summary: A great app with great variety of applications and UI build . Easy to use and very much have wide variety of brands. Very happy with the product.

Negative: The UI for vouchers is still not apt. Need to work bit on it.

Negative: More product offers and discounts. Instant shopping or food vouchers based on the usage would motivate of more usage of the app.
