Negative: I didn't like about the offers that the app shows, it should have been more clear.

Summary: Good experience. It was unexpected to get the reward amount, but yes it was a pleasant surprise. I am feeling good about it.

Positive: I have used it for the first time, the interface was easy and convenient. The best thing is I redeemed the amount with ease.

Negative: I have not found anything yet, will share as soon as I get it.

Positive: It is good, it is easy to use, easy to pay and designed properly, pricing could have been less and more features should have been included.

Negative: It should have the option to include personal email as well apart from work email.

But the app of the Vantage Circle is very good.
Website need some improvements.

Summary: The experience overall has been Smooth and flawless. Flawless. Best part is no lag in between redeeming points and getting the details over email.

Positive: The user interface is simple and user friendly. No much navigation needed. Pretty easy steps to redeem the points and use them.

Negative: Definitely few more retail outlets or online shopping stops can be included for which points can be redeemed (eg: puma.com etc.) and also links to videos on how to earn more vantage points can be made available in the app.

Positive: Process of getting gift card it's too smooth . On single click you can get gift card till date no issue faced.

Positive: This was my first experience redeeming my DHL rewards points through Vantage Circle and i would say it was one of my super best and awesome experience using the portal.

Negative: The whole vantage team is doing a best job to make the vantage circle portal a very good user friendly portal it's hard to find any cons.... Awesome job Vantage Circle team.

Negative: You can add more platforms and keep it updated with new trending stores vouchers. UI of platform can also be made more attractive.

Summary: Overall my experience was fine. Only a few technical glitches that can be resolved. I simply loved how it quickly converted points into cash that can be used on popular shopping websites.

Positive: Vantage Circle is a great initiative to reward users for participation and their incredible work within the team. In an organization, it acts as an incentive/ small bundle of joy that can be used by the individual and gifted to friends and loved ones. I transferred my points into a Myntra gift card and used it to buy a Mother's Day gift. The interface allows quick transfer of points into redeemable gift cards at various shopping websites.

Negative: I had to keep resetting the password every time I logged in, because it wouldn't take the old password. Not sure what went wrong.
