Negative: Sometimes points expiry not pre- notified and had to reach out to extend same.

Negative: One of the major drawbacks that I felt is that it would be great if we can redeem the points for the denominations we give rather than a specific lot and I am not sure if this is related to the merchants providing them or if Vantage can do something here
