Summary: Earlier we were getting Amazon vouchers which were added with Amazon Pay balance but now only issued voucher which can be used shopping purpose only.

Positive: Service and benefit that Vantage Circle is providing is overall good but I think they should cover some more areas.

Negative: Noting, I found overall good. More areas can be covered.

Summary: Overall good experience and rewards. I would recommend Vantage Circle to others. It can be used everywhere and anywhere.

Paying through QR code could be introduced for ease of access.

Positive: Easy to use and accepted in most stores and online purchases. Additionally we get awarded with points for making purchases using vantage points.

Negative: No major cons. The overall process of redeeming points could be made simpler.

Summary: My overall experience using the Vantage Circle is good as we can easily redeem the points and get the gift cards quickly.

Positive: 1. It is very easy to use the application.

2. Although the points cannot be converted into money. We can use them for anything and everything as the cash.

3. It is very easy to navigate in the application and it we can filter what we would like to see and purchase like any other e-commerce platform.

Negative: 1. It would have allow us to convert the points into cash.

Summary: Not a negative point, rather a suggestion - if we can have lot more vouchers. Maybe there can be a comprehensive review at frequent intervals which should lead to removal of not so popular ones and replaced with new ones.

Positive: Lots of options to choose from and best part is 1 point is 1 rupee which makes it all the more beneficial to the users.

Summary: Great experience!!!!

Positive: Quick redemption and wide range of brands and mergers and very easy to use, the pricing is similar to the direct application prices and the points are all redeemable in lots so don't have to spend more time for redemption of points, gets credited to the related app within seconds which is the best!!

Negative: Not applicable as the app nearly provides all the offers and options and does not lag in operations.

Negative: Having the redeemed gift card codes available on the app/site in addition to receiving them via email would be a convenient feature.

Summary: Awesome experience with the UI and app that runs on any phone and it is user friendly too and can be operated by anyone.

Positive: We can buy any gift voucher and share the same as gift or we can use it for our self that is really awesome.

Negative: I don't see any cons in it it is pretty straight forward and user friendly.

Positive: Lot of brands and offers in the application. It gives a lot of cashback when we shop from the application. The design of the application is cool.

Negative: None, we can have more jewellery brands like Tanishq to have better offers.

Summary: We use Vantage Circle to award employees on project completion and even with great deliveries. Our end of year awards are a great place for vantage as it gives everyone a chance to choose what they want to buy.
