    Summary: As a property management group, managing residential units efficiently is our top priority. Vakoso has significantly streamlined our maintenance workflow. It saves our team hours of administrative work every week because tickets arrive pre-structured with all necessary details and photos. It is incredibly easy to roll out. Highly recommended for any landlord or property manager looking to digitize without frustrating their tenants.

    Positive: The absolute best part is that tenants don't need to download an app. They just scan the QR code in the hallway and report the issue with photos. It completely eliminated the weekend WhatsApp messages and endless email chains for our property management team. The dashboard is clean and gives us a perfect overview of all pending repairs across our properties.

    Negative: Since the software is relatively new, there are still a few minor features we would love to see in the future, like a deeper calendar integration for our external contractors. However, the core functionality is solid.
