    Excellent Salon Management Software

    Summary: Uzeli is a comprehensive platform for managing salons/barbershops/tattoo parlors, etc., including an integrated customer check-in tablet which prompts clients to provide their phone numbers. Easy to use, it is great for running promotions as the client texting functionality is quite powerful. The system has been stable and reliable. Excellent customer support for any questions that may arise.

    Positive: Easy to use interface. Tracking client history is simple, making it easy to run reward/referral promotions. Can be used to automatically text coupons to clients who have not shown up in a while, bringing in additional revenue. Clients tend to like the check-in tablet and find it simple to use. Good pricing.

    Negative: Everything so far has worked flawlessly. Nothing negative to report about this product.
