    Summary: Outstanding service, friendly helpful people, Very useful insightful reports to generate conversation to identify strengths and development actions!

    Positive: Very easy to use.
    Great help with formulating questions.
    Own brand used.
    Best prices.
    Advice and help on deployment.

    Negative: Tabular format report with commentary is excellent but spider graphs not available if you want those.
