    Summary: We now use the tagging and notes in the transcripts to pre structure the feedback. Afterwards we create clips to make highlight reels based on the message and outcome.

    Positive: We are using prewritten tests to do the research and started with 5 tests. Videos were delivered within 3 hours - so super fast. Transcripts are great.

    Negative: Handling of the highlight reel creation is not yet there.

    Summary: In my opinion of using UserPeek has been quite good overall The system is straightforward to navigate with a layout that simplifies the setup and execution of user tests I discovered the whole process to be seamless from creating tests to obtaining results and the insights we've collected have been dependable and actionable Although it may require some extra time to locate participants, for specific demographics this is a minor concern compared to the positives of the experienceIn terms UserPeek has proven to be an effective tool, for collecting user feedback and enhancing our product swiftly.

    Positive: I really enjoyed using UserPeek because its user friendly and simple to navigate without any bells and whistles that distract from collecting user feedback efficiently! Setting up is a breeze. You can jump into testing right away. Super convenient! I also liked how quickly we got insights that allowed us to improve things right away without any holdups! The neat layout and smooth workflow made everything go seamlessly and stress free.

    Negative: I found that one aspect of UserPeek that I wasn't too fond of is that it can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated to locate participants for specific demographics. A situation thats quite typical with most testing platforms though worth noting if you're aiming at very particular audiences.. Apart from that hiccup for teams, with highly specialized needs. the overall process is fairly seamless and efficient.
