Tremendous monitoring for IT Ops - Outstanding Support Team Edited: Nov 24 2023
Summary: Uptime support team have been amazing helping us with our advanced check configurations and the Product team has listened to our feedback and delivered. We recently connected with the Customer Success team which was nice to have a face to talk to. Hope they continue to deliver these great improvements like they have been. Best service in this space on the market by far!
Positive: Setting up this service was a breeze and it quickly proved its worth with fast, efficient monitoring capabilities. The time to value was impressively short, which is a big plus in our fast-paced environment. What particularly impressed us was the recent addition of more probe locations, something our team was eagerly anticipating. These updates came without any increase in price, reflecting the service's commitment to customers. We were going to start looking for alternatives because we required locations closer to our users but the Uptime team made it happen! Amazing!
Negative: Not much we don't like. Since we have Uptime in a tab all the time it would be nice if the pages didn't require page refreshes to get latest check status. Browser based push notifications would be nice too for alerts but the mobile app is handling that now.
