Summary: Our office doesn’t have enough desks for everyone, so UnSpot has been a huge help. It allows staff to reserve desks ahead of time, so we prevent overcrowding and everyone knows where to sit when they arrive.
Positive: The platform is simple for everyone on our team to navigate. I really enjoy the Help chat feature – support replies quickly, and they’ve made some nice updates recently based on our suggestions. Having a mobile app is also super handy.
Negative: There are still a few glitches here and there. For instance, when I try to move desks on the floor plan, at times the changes don’t save. I’ve had to do it again a couple of times, which is quite frustrating.
