    User-friendly but room for improvement-especially in navigation

    Summary: Our experience with UnSpot has been generally positive, enhanced by their responsive customer service. Staff adoption was fast and hassle-free, which is always a plus for any new tool introduced in the workspace.

    Positive: Ease of use is definitely one of its strong suits. The customer service team is also commendable; they actively listen to feedback and seem eager to improve the product.

    Negative: While they do take feedback into account, there are still some areas that could be improved. The user interface, although generally intuitive, can sometimes feel cluttered, particularly when navigating through menus. Additionally, the map designing features could be more user-friendly, making it easier to represent the office layout accurately.
