    Summary: Generally - I'm very happy with Twilio. Yes, I wish error handling was faster and more intuitive. But since errors are highly infrequent, that's not a deal-breaker.

    Positive: The Zapier-Twilio interface is a good one, and makes sending MMS and SMS messages very easy. The general UX for Twilio is OK, too.

    Negative: The problem comes when there's a messaging error. The error notification can be a long time in coming, and not particularly informative. Even if you drill down to the data dispatched to Twilio, the error codes aren't very informative.

    - The email and SMS are quick and works with both national and international numbers.
    - The configuration of the application is easy as the user interface of the application is easy to use and navigate.

    Negative: - Using simple features like emails and push messaging is easy, but to use the application's all the features to its full potential there is a high learning curve.
