Summary: Just great. Employees at Tribeloo are heading towards a bright future as long as they stick to their motivation, ambition as well as customer-oriented service delivery!

Positive: The tool is easy to understand for users and administrators.
The tool is highly integrated and even the most integrated tool - as of my knowledge - in the market whenever working with Outlook.
The tool is highly visually driven and provides great value as well as orientation for guests and employees.
Troubleshooting - if necessary - is quickly performed and the developers are really listening.

Negative: The only flaw I am aware of is that serial booking is only possible in Tribeloo directly as it is not catching the "recurring event" information from Outlook. But I know that this is on the agenda to be fully developed.

Summary: I have a great experience with Tribeloo, the tool is awesome and the support is great. If I have any doubt, they easily answers to me.

Positive: Easy to use tool, and very easy to configure. In just one hour you have a complete site with all the reservations working.

Negative: May they need to improve the web app on smartphones.

Summary: Easy from the start, good support from Tribeloo staff. Functionality that makes the booking experience for the users A+

Positive: Easy to setup. I did the initial config and uploaded the floorplans and so forth. Then our Receptionist mapped out all the desks. She told me that she didn't think it would be this easy to set up!

Negative: I can't find something that I dislike about this product, not many you can say that about.

Summary: Overall great experience with this product, I can manage a lot of different teams with it and give them different permissions which was really important. My colleagues find it very easy to see who is in the office and book a desk right next to me.

Positive: - Very easy to import my own maps and build my own floors / buildings
- Customer support is instant and amazing, way better then anything I've had yet
- easy to integrate at the start
- Free trial was very usefull to get a feel of the product
- Solution for all my resources in 1 (Desks, meeting rooms, phone booth, parking and EV chargers
- Making frequent updates to improve product and user experience

Negative: - Design is a bit outdated but The team already showed me some of the new designs they are working on which are coming soon.

Summary: Very good product.

Positive: Very easy to use and we are able to self-manage the site/hotdesk without guidance.

Also, we have been getting very good support from the Tribeloo team.

Negative: So far so good and not much cons that experience from this product.

Summary: Very easy to use. Highly recommend.

Positive: Tribeloo was very easy to set up and requires very little training for users. Also, we have asked for changes from time to time, which the company did take into account and made the changes.

Negative: We are a large organization with many offices. There are a few items that must be set for everyone, but that we at an office user level would like to change, but cannot.

Summary: Tribeloo support is great and very responsive. The product evolves as you and other customers provide feedbacks or report potential bugs. The interface is responsive, as well as the Outlook plugin and the phone app.

Positive: Tribeloo is modern and allows administrators to quickly implement any floor plan and apply modifications prior to deployment. It has all the features you need from reporting to having different types of assets and reservations (lockers, parking, etc.).

Negative: 1. Not having one ICS file and email when booking a meeting will multiple occurrences.
2. The lack of customization when it comes to resources that aren't the native ones (ex: Phone booth).

Summary: Really user friendly tool, with excellent functionality vs others in the market at a reasonable cost.

Positive: Ease of functions, ability to create complex rota systems and allocation of desks easily. The system is very user friendly.

Negative: Visitor management could be improved. Reporting could also be improved, by creating a row in the exported excel for each day, rather than per booking.

Summary: Tribeloo is an easy platform for booking a desk and/or a meeting room with just a few steps to set up!

Positive: Intuitive.
Devices availability (web + Smartphones).
Floor plan easy to design and to set up.
desk and Meeting room card info (image + amenities).

Negative: The design is not very modern but the application remains very intuitive in its daily use.

Summary: Very nice tool, hels us in daily use.
The support is splendid and very quick.

Support is also thinking with us on how to achieve what we want.

Positive: With Tribeloo we are able to have a full overview of all our workplaces, meeting boots and other equipment that we dynamically can use.

After an integration moment are users adopted Tribeloo as the central point to book their flex desk, charging station for electric car and the meeting booths.

A nice overview of who is around is a plus.

Negative: We had issues with recurrent meetings. In our office we are planning meetings months in advance. This is an issue with Tribeloo, for that reason we have taken out the meeting rooms out of Tribeloo.

Summary: I can recommend this software for any company where the main focus is on desk or room booking with easy accessible functions for user (group) configuration as well as for multiple locations.

Positive: It is an easy to use and felxible solution for booking work desks or entire rooms. Configuration effort is small and easy. The software can be used in different setups with multiple locations.
Fast and good support.

Negative: Functionality (not core desk booking but additional one) gets decommissioned if not used by many clients. You get advanced notice but functionality is still withdrawn even if you object.

Summary: Really happy with product and experience - the implementation was simple. adding and changing resources has worked well - even with unusual ones like parking spaces and gym spots.

Positive: Simple pricing structure based on assets not users.
No unused features.
Responsive support.
Nice people to deal with.

Negative: Can't control multiple resources.
Can't assign resources to a "bank" and then control them.
Can't make resources bookable in whole hours / days.

Summary: Overall I do not like this platform and have been asking for something else since we started using it.

Positive: There’s very little I like about this platform. In the end I suppose it accomplishes the goal of being able to reserve equipment or a room.

Negative: - It’s not easy to tell when rooms or equipment are free (Roomzilla has a much nicer visual)
- you can’t see who has booked something, so you aren’t able to go ask someone if they can adjust their reservation to help accommodate others
- when you go to book something it defaults to booking something on the following day
-requiring a password is very annoying and people end up just not reserving things
- it doesn’t let you book more than one item at a time. There are occasions where I need two pieces of different equipment and I’m only
Able to reserve one
- if you reserve something in a series (on purpose or accident) you aren’t able to cancel the series, you have to cancel every individual occurrence
