Timeclock.Kiwi Description
Simple and easy to use cloud timeclock program. You can track hours worked and log time against jobs. You can export the calculated data in any format you prefer or directly into your favorite payroll program.
You can update the settings of your kiosk in the portal and it will update instantly from anywhere.
You can track time for a job or task, keep track materials used, and take notes if anything unusual happens. All data can be linked to a Cost Code, which allows you to export it into your accounting software.
We understand that it can be time-consuming to implement a new system. That is why we offer a long-term free trial. It costs 42 USD per kiosk per annum, which is a fraction of other solutions!

A really helpful tool that makes it so much easier to get the employees payrolls hours accurately Date: Dec 01 2022
Summary: Makes it easy for me to get the payroll data for employees on other sites (locations). Easy to mange new employees even if they work in other cities.
Positive: It has really been fantastic to use. The boys found it easy to figure out and it has been easy to get all the payroll data. Also the features for automatically calculating break times and shift rounding are really handy. Fixing mistakes through the portal is also great because you can just click on the bar for that shift and quickly fix any mistakes.
Negative: None, the software is very easy to use. Nothing to complain about.

Summary: Definitely the only thing like it that we could find. Has been great so far so give it a try. You can use an old iPad if you have one.
Positive: The staff were able to start using it straight away, they didn't need to be taught as it is really simple. Setup was also simple. Very happy so far. Cheap, monthly cost is very good. Couldn't find a better alternative.
Negative: Adding in all the jobs manually is time consuming, looking forward to getting the API.

Summary: It has been great to use. It is simple setup and getting the data into my payroll is incredibly easy. The users also didn't need to be taught how to use it they just got it straight away.
