Timeclock 365 Description

Timeclock 365 will help you make the most of your time. Your company will be more productive and save time. Timeclock 365 is intuitively user-friendly and has an attractive look and feel. It allows you to track time for remote workers, such as guards, sales-people and technicians. Timeclock 365 is compatible with both Android and I Phone platforms. Employees can log in from any location by using our GPS location tracker. Timeclock 365 allows time tracking from any device, including a PC, Tablet, Tablet, or Cell Phone, using a login code. Administrators can create Work Contracts and employees can view in real-time any inconsistencies in time tracking. The Manager can create a work contract that includes working hours, overtime hours, and hourly pay.

    Very easy to use and smart software

    Summary: My employees love it and the managers are happy with the reminders, alerts and reports!
    The software is available on web and easy for us to work also from home.

    Positive: The software is very user-friendly and easy to use, the support is awesome! they answer within 2-3 hours and if I ask for help, they call me back and help me.

    Negative: No direct integration with payroll, but they developed an export report for us without charge, so I can download the report from Timeclock 365 online portal and then I import it to my payroll system, which works awesome!

    Summary: Incredibly positive- I would recommend highly to any size business. Mainly because not only is it easy to use but because they are so helpful.

    Positive: It allows my versatile business to stay versatile - we have office workers and field agents and everything is centralized in one place. I makes managing of all my employees incredibly easy. I can see who is working and who is not and I can see what they are working on. My office staff uses the Teams access all the time and keeps them on track when they are working on projects.

    Negative: Truly there weren't any - any questions I've had support answered very quickly and when I needed a customized report they did it for me.

    Summary: very easy to start, the customer service is very helpful and friendly . nice interface , calculates overtimes , night shifts, holidays, etc
