Positive: As an independent psychologist, sole practitioner, it gave me the flexibility to consolidate my billing and the flexibility to do my monthly invoices remotely from home. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years, and prior to using your product I would spend an entire day traveling to my two offices to construct my monthly invoices. This product has made my monthly billing a more tolerable process. Initially, when I first began with your company, I had wonderful customer service people who were available and help me get up to speed in a relatively quick manner. I have not needed your customer service in over 10 years as I have not had any issues with the product. I have recommended eBillity Time Tracker to many of my colleagues, who feel similar to my sentiments.

Negative: For my needs, I cannot find any negative aspects of your product or my interactions with your company. Keep up the good work.

Summary: It has amazing detail, it has help with billings with clients. to see the time spent on client helpful.

Positive: It is very easy to use. My staff loves it. We have set up to fit our business and we love that.

Negative: Sometimes hard to find where to set up a new employee.

Summary: This has sped up our invoicing process and we no longer have to manually input tickets into our clients invoices.

Positive: We use QuickBooks to invoice our clients. Our techs are able to input their tickets and time from their computers or phone. It easily uploads into QuickBooks.

Negative: Outlook add-in is sometimes a little temperamental when syncing.

Summary: Great! I like the software and how it syncs to QuickBooks. Customer service is great.

Positive: Kelly with eBillity quickly helped me with a problem on my portal. If I ever run into an issue, it is handled promptly!

Negative: I wish the mobile app was easier to use, I rely only on the desktop version.

Positive: I recently had a fantastic experience with the product eBillity and their outstanding service technician, Joann. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with the product and the remarkable assistance I received.

Joann, the technician who went above and beyond to ensure the seamless functioning of Ebillity. From the moment Joann was on the phone, her professionalism and expertise were evident. She took the time to understand my unique needs and challenges and worked tirelessly to resolve any issues. Joann's knowledge of the product was exceptional, and she patiently answered all my questions, leaving me with a comprehensive understanding of how to make the most of eBillity's features.
What truly impressed me was Joann's dedication to ensuring that everything was functioning perfectly before she let me go. She was meticulous in her approach, leaving no stone unturned. Her commitment to customer satisfaction was palpable, and I felt like a valued client throughout the interaction.

Negative: I would like more Web Instruction on the use of eBillity.

Summary: Overall, we are very happy with Time Tracker by eBillity and they are listen to our request and are working to enhance their system all the time.

Positive: Time Tracker is very easy to understand for the worker who is electronically challenged. We have thousands of Service Items and they have filters so that users only see what they need in the drop down screen and nothing more. It's easy to add and remove workers. I never have trouble getting a person on the phone when I need help. The engineers are willing to upload large data files of new Service Items and that is a big time saver.

Negative: Sometimes the server can be slow but I call and ask for help and they work to improve performance right away. Service Items can not be disabled in mass. You have to remove them one and a time and that is very time consuming.
Once you remove a worker period reports do not include their time. It would be helpful to be able to retrieve data on past workers without continuing to pay the monthly fee for them.
When you have a lot of worker turnover you can't really utilize the annual discount they offer.

Summary: I feel customer service has improved. In the past I dreaded contacting them. Today was great. Thank you

Positive: I have been with eBillity for well over 10 years and their customer service wasn't always that great. But today, we had an issue with our QuickBooks syncing. While it took a while to figure things out, Patrick was super helpful and stayed with me until it was solved. Everything is working and I appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you, Patrick!

Negative: I feel customer service has improved. No cons on the customer service today.

Summary: It is refreshing to hit the help button and have someone there within seconds and not have to go through a series of questions with a bot system that isn't even helpful in the end. Like I stated in the Title - Patrick is Dependable!

Positive: He responds very quickly. Always asks questions to better understand and help me. If he cannot find the answer, he is humble enough to let me know that he needs to get help from his Tech Team. Out of the 4 years that I've dealt with him, there was only one time that I had to figure it out for myself

Negative: There are quite a few things I would change about the system itself (report options, expense issues to name a few).

Summary: We've had Time Tracker for over 6 years and have been pleased with it. We are able utilize it for many reports and of course payroll.

Positive: Great product for time keeping and the recent updates and reporting capabilities have really helped. I can see the company doing future expansions and adding features.

Negative: One thing I wish was an option would be the ability to print all timesheets at once rather than having to go to each employee and print them. Another feature would be to move the worker access tab to the same tabs available when creating a new job. It is cumbersome to set up a job then save and close it and then open it in a different section to allow worker access. If it was all part of the Add a Job tabs, it would simplify the process.

Summary: Generally a good timekeeper and billing product. Comparable to others used over the past 20 years. We use it on a daily basis. There are a few limitations and quirks that we run into but that’s typical with most products.

Positive: Excellent support received from Kelly today during a billing issue. She quickly identified and resolved the issue.

Negative: There are some quirks with the product and limitations.

Summary: It is good. It allows everyone in my office to enter their own time. Also, I can enter time from wherever I am. Not on my cell phone. I just don't have it in me to even try.

Positive: I like having the week up on a tab and being able to put in time as soon as I do something. I like bills being organized.

Negative: It would be nice to be able to add an invoice or an expense, etc. in a new tab without having to leave the weekly sheet. Also, every time I edit entries in a draft invoice I end up starting over from the beginning of the entries instead of staying where I was in the draft invoice. Picky, I know.

Summary: Pleased with the software and overall support when we have an issue, the chat feature is really helpful.

Positive: Syncs with QBO efficiently, easy to use on a phone, team is able to navigate the software with ease.

Negative: Creating the sub categories is cumbersome and the overall design of the software is pretty basic.

Summary: As a single user I can not speak to using this for multiple employees; however, for my consulting LLC this technology fits my needs.

Positive: Super easy to use and appreciate the ability to run specific reports. I also appreciate any time I can interact with an intuitive technology that doesn't make me work hard to figure it out.

Negative: Have had trouble between the app and my online portal.

Summary: We have had a good experience but could be an excellent experience if time entry descriptions were not lost and had to be re-entered several times.

Positive: Our employees and staff have given their feedback that the time entries are easy to handle, the program easily tracks number of hours, and you can use desktop or mobile versions.

Negative: We have experienced loss of description entries many times and this issue continues.
