Outstanding Support and Features Date: Mar 27 2024
Summary: From my experience as a volunteer event manager, I can tell this is a really powerful platform. I would definitely recommend its use for larger organizations that can maximize its productivity.
Positive: I'm a volunteer event manager for a non-profit organization. We partnered with TicketSearch to take registrations for our events. It collects all the information we need and more. We're able to ask for t-shirt size, meal requests, and other information to build a donor profile. I also like that I can automate post-event surveys, which makes my life easier.
Negative: It took me a little while to figure out all of the bells and whistles. But, the support team is really fantastic. Every time that I called or emailed with a question, they responded right away.

Summary: We're pleased with our investment in TicketSearch. We have a deeper understanding of our customers and able to customize the marketing more effectively.
Positive: We bought into TicketSearch because of the marketing integrations. We were easily able to connect our existing MailChimp account, to streamline communications. Through the system, we've set up automatic reminder emails and a post-event survey, which provide valuable metrics to enhance the customer journey. And, it saves me time, because I can setup all of the reminders when I setup the event instead of scrambling to get communications out later.
Negative: The system is so powerful, that it takes a little time to learn how to maximize all the bells and whistles. Make sure you set aside some time to really explore the connections, so you can get the most from the TicketSearch platform.
