    Finally a knowledge AND training platform

    Summary: It is very intuitive and easy to understand and use.
    Has automations and flows other knowledge or training solution don't have. Major Pro in my opinion

    Positive: The main Pro is by far the way I can search and proactively get knowledge and training in my browser tab, without even leaving my tool where I'm working in. I didn't come across any tool that does that.

    Negative: In our company we already had a lot of training material, It's not starting over, but it takes some time. But the ROI is already higher.
