Text-enablement of existing landlines, including toll-free and not-toll-free numbers, is possible. Auto replies, such as "we're currently closed and will get back with you", and quick replies based upon standard, pre-written customer responses are supported. You can assign a conversation either to an agent group, or to another individual. It supports both one-on-1 conversations and one-to many messages sent to a list of customers. You can forward messages to your email inbox or mobile messaging app.
