    Summary: TextUs fills a real need for our business. We have found it to be a better way to connect with clients than email or calling. Easy to use for users of all skill level. Support is responsive and easy to work with.

    Positive: TextUs is easy to use and we get a good response to our messages. Support is quick to respond to issues. Our account manager is wonderful - helpful and provides proactive communication.

    Negative: We have had some unforeseen issues that took a while to resolve. Better communication from leadership needed at times.
