Summary: Overall experience is great. The support is amazing, and the timelines to get issues resolved and campaigns across the line is the quickest I have seen. Definitely would recommend!

Positive: Since our company has started using Telgorithm, almost all of the workflows I need have gotten quicker and much more efficient. The timeline and support to get 10DLC registrations across the line is top-notch. The overall support for hosting numbers and ensuring text message delivery is super fast. We have been able to get both registrations and delivery issues resolves within just a few hours! Not only are they saving our team time, but they are also saving our customers time.

Negative: It would be helpful to have more specific delivery error codes if messages do fail. Also, it would be very helpful is there was an easy way to host phone numbers in Telgorithm, rather than going through the API/running a hosting command on the backend.

Summary: If you plan to register numerous campaigns or send large amounts of traffic, Telgorithm is a must-have partner that genuinely cares about its customers' success.

Positive: Integrating with Telgorithm was fast and easy, even for our case, where we built out additional custom capabilities due to supporting multiple providers, and we were able to get customers using the system within two weeks.

Their support team is fantastic and unmatched compared to any alternatives we have used in the past. It's wonderful to work with a team that is not only responsive but highly educated in the A2P 10DLC space, that can answer questions, even complicated ones, quickly. Their system is also proactive, and they have saved us hundreds of dollars in the first few weeks of use by alerting us to customers approaching their campaign limits.

Overall, our campaign turnaround times have been less than 72 hours, and we've been able to get campaigns approved that other companies would never give us details on why they were getting rejected.

Negative: While the product has a solid API and documentation to work with, the UI doesn't support as many features as the API, meaning a larger engineering effort is required to support auxiliary use cases, such as number porting and hosting.

Summary: Telgorithm has removed the headaches that often come with managing SMS delivery. We can count on them for consistent performance, transparency, and fast support. Their partnership has allowed us to focus on our customers while trusting that every message is being sent reliably and compliantly.

Positive: Telgorithm has proven to be a highly reliable and knowledgeable partner. Their team provides clear guidance, excellent communication, and prompt support whenever needed. They’ve simplified SMS compliance and delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Negative: Compliance nuances can be complex, but Telgorithm does a great job making them easy to understand.

Summary: Telgorithm was instrumental in getting us off the ground quickly and easily. Would have taken much longer without them!

Positive: Ease of integration. Very helpful customer service. They were there for us when we were just starting out and they've continued to grow with us.

Negative: Everything has been great. There have been times when they didn't have a solution we needed and they've been honest and helpful.

Summary: They are a great partner! Our clients love the integrated real time two way text. We love that we can port over old phone numbers.

Positive: Fabulous support, easy to integrate, reasonable pricing. We integrated Telgorithm into our booking software and our clients have been thrilled.

Negative: None. We have yet to launch the phone integration so not sure how to rate it yet.

Summary: They’ve taken the complexity out of SMS delivery and compliance. We no longer have to worry about carrier rules or message delivery issues—they handle all of that seamlessly. It’s allowed our team to focus on creating a great experience for our customers while trusting that messages are getting delivered quickly and consistently.

Positive: Telgorithm has been an incredible partner. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. They’ve made the entire messaging process—from compliance to delivery—simple and reliable. It’s clear they care about building long-term relationships, not just providing a service.

Negative: There’s not much to dislike! If anything, the telecom compliance world can be a little confusing at times, but Telgorithm does a great job breaking it down and guiding us through it.

Any time I have had a question or needed assistance, the Telgorithm team is quick to reply and helpful in their support. Special shoutout to Dasi and Christian!

I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond when I had a sensitive client situation. The Telgorithm team helped ease my concerns and gave me a better understanding of how setting up a phone number for our clients works.

The platform is well organized and purchasing phone numbers is super easy. The connection time from purchase of the number to full integration with our product is fast, usually within the same day or even hour!

I'm grateful to know I can rely on them!

Negative: It would be helpful to have data about texts sent/received beyond the 48hr window, but I don't think that is actually something Telgorithm can control.

I would like a search bar on the Messaging Configs and Campaigns tabs. Sometimes I need to manually create a config and link it to the campaigns. I have to scroll through the campaigns until I can find the one I am looking for since there is no search option.

It would also be cool to be able to create a Messaging Config from within the Campaign settings.

The ability to duplicate a Messaging Config or have a template config would be great since ours are all the same except the titles (and the numbers connected).

These are not necessarily dislikes, just things that could make our process even smoother.

Summary: Great - the customer service is timely, communicative, reliable, and helpful. It is easy to use the API and Dashboard.

Positive: The Telgorithm team is a joy to work with - so helpful that I can consider them an extension of my current team.

Negative: It would be helpful to have a status page. Often times I don't know a service is down until I hear about it from a customer.

Notably, Telgorithm distinguishes itself by providing this support as a complimentary resource, a feature that sets them apart from other communication providers. Moreover, their product stands out for its reliability, supported by comprehensive documentation and a robust infrastructure. While Telgorithm's offerings excel in text communications, it's worth noting that they currently do not provide voice communication services.

Positive: Telgorithm provides a great solution to the text communications industry. We have appreciated their approach to support very much. Not only will they help with any issues that arise, they went very far out of their way to make sure our specific needs were met. They also provide this support as a free resource with some other communications providers do not. Additionally, the product as a whole seems to be great, they have solid documentation and and reliable infrastructure.

Negative: Not too many cons, but if you are need a communications provider for voice, I will note that they do not currently offer this feature. They only offer messaging/text communications.

Summary: Highly recommend anyone looking to move off the "big players" because of frustrations with them. You will not be disappointed!

Positive: Telgorithm has delivered on everything they have said. Strong partnership with this group and would highly recommend for sms needs. Delivery, communication, support - it's all there.

Negative: Newer company, but has more knowledge of the industry than the others. That's not really a con but needed to put something here.

Summary: My company had a very tall task of migrating all of our numbers from Twilio and concurrently ensuring all numbers were A2P compliant. With the help of everyone on the Telgorithm team, this tall, scary task felt like a walk in the park.

Positive: - Should you decide to transition from your current telephony provider, rest assured that the Telgorithm team is actively involved and ready to assist.

- Each member of the Telgorithm support and engineering team is a proficient A2P expert. For inquiries concerning A2P Brand/Campaign registration, the Telgorithm team offers guidance that ensures guaranteed A2P compliance for your customers' campaigns.

- The APIs are thoroughly documented and user-friendly.

- The Telgorithm team not only accepts feature requests but also actively considers them for future development.

Negative: Had I written this review before our company migrated from Twilio, I might have highlighted the absence of the call-forwarding feature as a drawback. Nevertheless, the engineering team introduced the v1/Voice/EnableVoiceFeature API shortly after onboarding, effectively resolving our issue.

Summary: The overall experience with Telgorithm is overwhelmingly positive. I always feel like my questions are answered fast and the team there is the friendliest and most professional group of people.

Positive: Customer support is fast, friendly, and responsive. We've been really impressed by communication from everyone at Telgorithm in general.

Negative: I can't think of anything major here. There are some delays with number approval, but the turnaround time with Telgorithm is much faster compared to competitors where it's taking people up to 6 months to get their approval.

Summary: Overall a great experience coming from Twilio and Bandwidth. With the recent changes in 10DLC, we were dead in the water with the previous vendors. Telgorithm team has been instrumental in keeping our SMS business alive. There were some hiccups along the way, due to the changes in 10DLC, but TG team was resolving them super fast. We've enjoyed working with them so far and hope to further expand. As long as they don't become another Twilio and Bandwidth, expand feature sets (like Short Codes, and reporting) and keep up the attention with clients, they will be the leading SMS gateway in no time.

Positive: Ease and speed of 10DLC onboarding for clients, highly attentive support team, reliable network, Slack DM access!

Negative: Currently, can't support receiving short codes, international texting, basic reporting.

Summary: I would highly recommend Telgorithm for anyone that can benefit from text messaging functionality in their software. They're truly a great partner.

Positive: The team has been fantastic in providing guidance with the initial implementation, and they continue to be incredibly helpful navigating the waters of A2P 10DLC as well as other technical issues and best practices. We rarely have any issues, but when we do, the team consistently goes above and beyond to help. I'm really glad I found Telgorithm to provide this solution for our company.

Negative: I don't have anything negative to say about the product or service.
