Summary: As a sales manager and key account rep, I loved it!
Positive: I got Telenotes when I had a field sales team. It was the easiest way for them to get notes and details into the CRM because all they had to do was talk to the app! The virtual assistants at Telenotes transcribed all our notes, set reminders for us, send us reports, updated contact info, etc.
Negative: The software wasn't great for high volume inside sales.
