The flexibility it offers in terms of packages is perhaps the best part. You can avail personalised packages based on only what you need. Saves you a lot and keep customers happy.
I have personally faced no downtimes and any questions or queries or updates are immediately cleared by the super helpful customer service agents.
Live reporting and analytics features are the most helpful. Helps me keep a tab on how properly my customers queries are handled! Also the IVRStudio is an absolute boon when it comes to designing your own IVR flow.
If you are a small business looking for a cloud deployed contact center software , definitely give this a try!Negative: Could have used a mobile application since the website performance on mobile screens is poor.

Cheapest Call Center Solution in the Market Date: Apr 06 2021
Summary: All in all, a good effective contact center platform. The support team is cooperative. The is ready to provide continuous support for the first month or so. We have requested for multiple demos & walk through's of the product, and we didn't feel any resistance. The money spent is worth it. We use it for 5 agents.
Positive: It works as a good outbound, inbound and ticketing platform. Our business, Intricate Fashions India Private Limited is using the platform for about six months now. We use it to handle inbound support queries coming in via an IVR. It also has an inbuilt CRM. It's very competitively priced.
Negative: CRM does not have the features that most basic CRMs available in the market offer. The design could have been a little better & pleasing to the eye. They don't have an App.
