TechSuite Description

TechSuite is a Windows + cloud SaaS that wraps bench-repair tools (BSOD analysis, HDD testing, malware scanning, Windows update repair, network diagnostics, registry cleanup) behind a unified runner with branded reporting.

The CLI is invokable from any RMM script engine (Syncro, NinjaOne, ConnectWise, Atera, Kaseya/Datto, HaloPSA), making TechSuite a prebuilt scripts library for MSPs running periodic maintenance on managed endpoints. The cloud dashboard handles shop-wide settings, report storage, and webhook events.

v2 integrations with Syncro and RepairShopr push reports to tickets. Reacquired by its original developers in August 2025; since then: AI report summaries, dashboard redesign, infrastructure modernization, 15+ rewritten core tools. Weekly releases.
