Summary: The software is ok for an upstart that needs a good feature set, for a low price, that doesn't care about lack of support and a lagging development cycle--an immature IT services business in other words.
Positive: The product has a decent set of features for a fair price and is good for a bootstrapping repair shop and/or fledgling MSP business.
Negative: Most of the features are half baked. The worst support is support/management has an arrogance in their dealings that makes it seem like they are above reproach. You'd think all of their features are flawless when they clearly aren't--.read their own forums, and anything that goes wrong it your fault. They recently raised their prices, fair enough, but they used the old trope it would help improve things. Since the price increase, many basic, necessities, such as credit card processing have broken with no good explanation.

Slightly better than running on paper Date: May 21 2021
Summary: Feels like they had a good idea and then starting tacking on every bell and whistle they could think of, all of it half-baked. After using it for many years I still find myself annoyed at it more than enjoying it.
Positive: Most information I need in one place. Not too terribly expensive. Generally works when I log in. It's in English.
Negative: Quickbooks integration is a joke, was so bad after trying for years, we gave up and no longer integrate it. Printing is remarkably difficult. Might be fine if you just print on one printer but we have a label printer and invoice printer and there are constant problems. They love to change the way things work which is a lot of fun to try and figure out where you have a customer standing right in front of you. Support is.....passable but slow. Disabling emails to techs doesn't work, it still sends garbage out. Finally had to just create a filter on my server that trashes anything coming from RepairShopr. The email isn't just me, two other techs here had the same issues. Sometimes when you tell it to NOT notify a customer of a schedule, it does it anyway so we field calls from customers wondering why there is something scheduled when there really isn't. Their mobile app is just about worthless and using their mobile website version is ok on a tablet but horrible on a small phone.

Terrible customer service and Technical support! Date: Dec 19 2022
Summary: Would never recommend.
This is coming from someone who has been using the software since they're beginning but then was completely left having to scramble after being abandoned for nearly 5 months with a significant invoicing issue.Positive: Invoicing, CRM and ticketing, marketing, inventory, auto reply features if everything actually works.
Negative: Absolutely horrible customer service and Technical support. Took over 150 days to solve an email problem and unfortunately had to move on to a different provider. Unbelievably disappointing as I've been with them since the beginning. After they resolve the problem they completely close my account to where I could not access any of my account history.

Summary: This is the worst CRM software I have ever had the displeasure of working with! All features have major flaws. QuickBooks integration, is more like a one way conversation. COGS is an entry you must make manually with each sale. If you have nontaxable customers, this software will make your life a repetitive nightmare of fixing those invoices well after payment has been reconciled. Inventory has a mind of its own! In general, DO NOT BUY!!!
Positive: Decent price, if it worked. Cloud base and mobile app were nice for off site work. Customize invoices, but NEED software writing background to understand.
Negative: Quickbooks integration suffered.

Inventory added and subtracted on its own and is an export import to do physical count.
Unit sales, if serialized it is inventory.
