Summary: We have been using Teamo for quite some time now! The platform is easy to use and we like the upgrades that were made to the new platform. The best thing about Teamo is their awesome customer service! Kudos to Rick & Team!

Summary: Overall this is a good program and seems to be well accepted by the majority of our employees. The flexibility being able to choose awards not in the catalogue is outstanding!

Great selection of awards!Negative: I had a bit of confusion with some of the features at first, but our Teamo Team is very responsive and provided assistance/documents when required.

Summary: We have been customers since 2015. As years have gone by the recognition program has improved exponentially. If any company is looking for an engaged team of recognition and rewards experts to help them build a recognition program, look for further. This is it!
Positive: The TEAMO recognition program is very popular with our employees. It is easy for both users and administrators to use. TEAMO provides a reporting tool that captures a wealth of statistics including recognition type, frequency, and funds spent on points. Our managers use these critical statistics to manage budgets, recognition and rewards for their teams. The TEAMO points catalogue is very robust; our employees are excited about the wide variety of items that are available to them. Points can be accumulated and used over time; they never expire. There is even an option for employees to donate their points to a charity if desired. TEAMO allows recognition providers the opportunity to customize their messages to include their own personal comments for their employees, publicly or privately. TEAMO seamlessly accommodates our recognition needs, even in the event of a major shift. When the pandemic forced all of our employees to work virtually, we shifted to TEAMO points to award employees for events we traditionally hosted at the office. This powerful recognition tool is easy to use and access from anywhere. Employees do not feel like they are forgotten, as recognition is done in a timely manner. TEAMO effectively supports our culture of recognition. Our friendly support team has a wealth of knowledge. They have a strong vision of what enhanced recognition is and they help us to maximize TEAMO. They are passionate about engagement, they care about us, and they always answer our questions in a professional, timely manner. Our TEAMO support team is first class.
Negative: Managers cannot access or run reports for their employees' transactional history, TEAMO only tracks current period's transactions. It's not retroactive.

Summary: I have nothing but praise for this recognition platform. The team has been more engaged. They have responded to polls so I get a good pulse on items that affect them. We have use it as a communication toll and were able to get messages to team fast and efficiently. The fact the team member can chose the reward they want is amazing and if they can't see something they can reach out to Teamo and they can procure the gift your team member is looking for. The support is always immediate, you send an email and within minutes you receive a response , there is also an easy to follow guide to walk you through almost ever challenge.
Positive: Great platform to recognize your team members. It engages the entire team and allows they to recognize each other for the hard work they do. There are message boards and different ways to engage the team. This helps with team spirit and moral. I would recommend this platform to any company looking at new ways motivate their teams and allow them to get the recognition they are looking for.
Negative: It would be great to possibly have a more mobile friendly version where you could quickly recognize a team member on the spot as you see them going above and beyond. Possibly even capturing a photo of the occurrence for everyone else to see.

Summary: The Teamo program has really brought team recognition to a new level with our organization. We love the interactive interface and "social media" style platform. Our company has used it for years and will continue to do so!
Positive: An easy way to maintain a great level of engagement for our teams. Recognition is so important and this is an easy way to achieve!
Negative: We miss the old P2P ability. Site can sometimes be tricky to find certain items, at first.

Summary: It's a great platform that allows us to provide unique rewards to our employees with minimal administrative time.
Positive: There is an excellent selection of rewards for employees, and the overall program cost is very competitive compared to other rewards systems. If I have a question or run into an issue, the customer service team has always been very quick to provide answers or a solution.
Negative: I don't have any major concerns - the key features we rely on work well.

Summary: Our experience has been amazing since the very first conversation with Rick Patrick several years ago. The customer support is consistently great, and all of our questions are answered knowledgeably and promptly. The selection of rewards is really great and our employees love the ability to choose how they will spend their points.
Positive: The Teamo platform is extremely user friendly which is really key otherwise people won't want to use it. This is a terrific employee recognition tool that allows a manager to recognize an employee, and also allows the employee to recognize their peers. Awarding points can be tied back to your company's values which is a very important feature for us.
Negative: I can't think of any cons - our employees love it and so do our managers.

Summary: We have worked with this company for over 6 years now! The team has been consistent, friendly and efficient. Any suggestions we make are considered and changes are made where ever possible.

Summary: Overall, Teamo’s pricing can not be beat and the support provided by the team is amazing. The platform is easy to use, and getting better everyday.
Positive: The platform is simple and easy to use. Even our most non-tech-savvy managers can easily use the platform to recognize their team. Our employees enjoy the program and the endless items they can redeem with their points. The team is always incredibly supportive and responsive. The pricing is the best on the market.
Negative: The initial transition was bumpy, and created friction in the user experience. However, the team was very responsive and quick to support when an issue happened. We wish there was a bit more customization options in the platform, but these are improving often.
