However, companies that want to have more than 10 users on the platform, should move to our paid tier which starts from 7$ per month on an annual agreement (9$ on a monthly agreement)
You can also try Teamflect Pro package for up to 25 users free of charge for 1 month. At the end of this one month, your package will automatically become the Basic Package. If you want to continue using Teamflect with all the features and functionalities, you can continue to use Pro package by purchasing the Teamflect Pro package on our website.

    Summary: Although I am not a people manager, I do use the 1-1 feature quite often. When used with recognitions, feedback, etc. this tools can make a manager extremely efficient. Our IT folks pinned the app to the left navigation bar of Teamflect which increased the user adoption significantly. Looking forward to their Planner integration, which will make my life much easier

    Positive: Ability to recognize anyone in the company for the great things they are doing.
    Integration with Microsoft makes it super simple to share feedback/recognitions - I can send Teamflect recognitions without opening the Teamflect app thanks to its integration.
    Support team is super responsive and they have always gone the last mile to solve our problems.

    Negative: Reporting functionality is only available to paid customers - makes sense to be honest but it would be good to see the reports in free tier.

    Summary: Overall it is fun to use Teamflect. The fact that everything is connected to each other and can be controlled in on place (goals, tasks, reviews, 1-1's etc.) makes you save a lot of time.

    Positive: Teamflect worked out of the box & is customizable enough.
    It helped us set and track our objectives and provided clarity.
    Teams integration provides easier adoption.

    Negative: The app sometimes feel slow & laggy.
    Can't use it in 1-many meetings.

    Help me track my OKRs efficiently

    Summary: We love the product, it definitely meets our needs and it will meet even more once we get the chance to use Feedback and Recognition.

    Positive: We track our OKRs using Teamflect and it makes the whole process simple with its intuitive interface and its integration into Microsoft Teams. My manager likes connecting different OKRs to each other and the feature that lets you relate your OKRs to your Microsoft Teams channels which allows us to track our team OKRs together. We have not used the feedback and recognition piece yet but planning to.

    Negative: The tool was sending too many notifications before the update but it is fixed now as you can change your notification settings for nearly every functionality.

    Using Teamflect to manage 1-on-1's with my team

    Summary: I think Teamflect is a great product and it makes our 1-on-1 meetings more effective. Have not had the chance to play with their goals module as we are currently using another tool for this need. However, we are making some plans to migrate our goals to Teamflect if we feel like it can meet our needs.

    Positive: It is very-well integrated with Microsoft Teams, and bot notifications are extremely useful. Their Outlook add-in also makes it very easy to use especially when I receive a feedback request, I can simply click the mail and fill the feedback without leaving Outlook.

    Negative: It can be a little bit confusing until you figure out how to use
