    Summary: If you're using it for a business, maybe it's worthwhile. If you're using it for a quick one time survey. Don't waste your time/energy.

    Positive: The survey was easy to set up, but see the cons. Waste of time and no results or customer service available for those using the free trial.

    Negative: They market the ability to create a free survey. I created it and sent it out to my friends. When I went to look at the results they were nowhere to be found. After extensive clicking around, I found out that they only way you are able to see the results is if you pay for a membership. Why offer free? Who sends a survey out with no intent to see the results. Stupid.
