You can receive and make calls from both your regular fixed and mobile phones as well as those of your employees. There is nothing you need to install. There is no limit to the number of telephones you can add or modify. You can manage your calls professionally with instant functionalities: queue management, putting on hold, simultaneous calls, call transfer, and call transfer. Never miss a customer again. All customer calls are sent to you by e-mail. You can access them via your smartphone app or web interface. Numbers are charged at the local France Telecom rate. All your correspondents will have the ability to reach you at a cost of 5 centimes per min, which is the cost of a local call. These calls are not included with mobile plans.
