Positive: It simply handles any number of data without any lag time in page loading or white screen. The followup features helps with to monitor everything easily.

Negative: More automation can be performed and added apart from the existing functions.

Summary: Has got multiple modules and we are free to choose the modules based on our business requirement. Option to customize the fields are also provided for leads, clients and products. The experience of using this CRM is good.

Positive: Many CRMs are designed to manage leads and when it comes to client management, very less importance is given but this CRM serves the purpose of managing both effectively

Negative: Not that I think of as it is very user friendly CRM solution.

Summary: Experience is good as this helps us to manage most of the work via cloud in an easy way. We can also send invoice directly from this CRM instead of creating and sending it.

Positive: The good thing about this is they provide many features and we can choose which are the ones we need to see.

Negative: It is a pretty decent system. No cons about the functions.

Summary: This CRM meets our needs and the data migration was so smooth though we were maintaining all datas in excel and google sheets before. The cost of managing is also more competitive when compared with other products of same standard.

Positive: We have around 10000 old enquiries which we were maintaining it in an excel sheet without making much use of those but we imported all the data in less than 2 hours and started making use of those data with different categorization easily.

Negative: More automation can be implemented based on the target segment as this CRM can be used by any company from any industry.

Summary: Overall it’s very good .. The price is very very low. All features are almost there and customer story is very nice. I must say it's great alternative of any other system if you are using already a CRM as well. When i start using it for a client, i always recommend to others also.

Positive: It is very user-friendly. It reduces Paper work. Fast Registration and Billing, secure database, Good Service. Just go for it.

Negative: Sometimes role management and understanding is bit difficult but it became easy over a period of time.

Summary: It is very good crm for enquiry management in a much effective way. We can allocate to our senior person easily when we found an eligible lead without much hassle with the history of the complete discussions.

Positive: We used to contact more than 100 new leads in a day and this is a very useful tool for managing and following up with them in a much easier way.

Negative: Nothing that I aware of as the access provided to me is doing its function perfectly

Summary: It made our work of creating invoice, following up with the clients for payments, renewal reminder very very easy.

Positive: The tools are nice and easy to use. Option to add predefined products along with complete details and different tax for different products is one the very helpful tool for us.

Negative: Support system needs improvement but that is not a major module in this platform.
