Negative: Honestly it is the best i have no complain towards it.

Positive: I like that Smartsheet doesn't really need any third party service provider support as it is easy to implement.
Time, issue and cost tracking on projects is another great thing about Smartsheet.

Negative: I do not have any error that I face at the moment since the customer success has eradicated all.

Summary: Smartsheet fixes everything had in our projects and its management. I liked its task tracker and planner to execute with every member taking on board. Overall, this platform is very impressive.

Positive: Smartsheet keeps my team ahead in challenges for projects. It increases transparency and helps us to overview every project with important information. Its team collaboration made every employee work with maximum efficiency. My favorite thing about Smartsheet is its timeline tracking.

Negative: The interface sometimes slowdown when switching from reports and lists.

Summary: Overall, Smartsheet helps to deal with many of our workflow management that includes tasks, marketings and automation. I appreciate its great usability on multi-platforms.

Positive: The ability to manage and automate work in one solution great. Smartsheet brings ease of management and automation to our workflow. It streamlines the workflow. Campaign management is also possible with this.

Negative: Its task board view should have more information.

Summary: Overall, You should try Smartsheet to effectively manage workflow. It has many vital features and it works without any flaws. My favorite feature is work automation and Microsoft 365 integration. I highly recommend this tool.

Positive: After using Smartsheet now our projects and overall work became very easier to manage. Our workplace also became more efficient. The integration support including Microsoft 365, DocuSign and slack help to deep collaborate with the team.

Negative: We had no major issues. We loved this platform.

Summary: Communications very important for remote tasks. For this Smartsheet is a very good collaboration platform. It gives an effortless team communication to maximise work efforts.

Summary: Smartsheet is a powerful and versatile project management tool that offers a wide range of features and capabilities. However, the cost can add up quickly, and the user interface can be a bit overwhelming.

Positive: Has a wide range of features and capabilities, allowing users to easily keep track of tasks, assign resources, manage timelines and more. UI is intuitive and easy to use, and the data is easily accessible and customizable. Additionally, there's a wide range of integrations and third-party applications that allow users to extend their project management capabilities.

Negative: Can be expensive, and the cost can add up quickly if you need additional features or integrations. Additionally, the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at first and it may take some time to learn all the features and capabilities.

Summary: Great, full featured and current solution for spreadsheets on the go. Customization is equal to a standard spreadsheet plus. Much more when it comes to the “Smart Features”.

Positive: I love that i can easily access my spreadsheets, etc through Smartsheet from any device. It is very customizable and rivals in comparison to many other project management platforms, but also includes so much more creative potential. I have yet to come up with a project workflow, or task that i have not been able to build out in SS.

Negative: Mostly that our organization overuses it sometimes and there are literally hundreds and hundreds of sheets out there.

Summary: So far usage of the tool during our initial trial and launch has been good and our team responded well. The product works well for what we need, but had we not had a smart sheet super user internally helping us pilot I might not have pushed for adoption. Our experience with the rep was that bad (disorganization, couldn't answer basic questions, talked in circles, insisted on meetings that could have been emails, and more).

Positive: 1. Easy for basic users

4. Dashboards are great for high level views (and are customizable)

Negative: 1. Not as many integrations as with other tools
2. Our rep was terrible and the process to extend our trial time (which we were told we could do at our initial meeting) was confusing at best.
3. Support never followed up with an issue I had during our trial period

Summary: Helpful tools once you know how to use them, but for my purposes, a simple to-do list still works best.

Positive: Many layouts- very easy to change into a view that works best for your own preferences, including a calendar view.

Negative: Finding files and top-level organization within the platform.
