Summary: My experience with SmartAdvocate has been the best. At prior firms, we had other programs that were not as intuitive as SmartAdvocate is!

Positive: Easy to use! Makes managing all cases so simple. The process from intake to settlement is smooth!!!!

Negative: There is nothing that i find wrong with Smart Advocate. It is the best program!

Summary: Overall, SmartAdvocate is exceptional and truly has been a great help for our company, and our day-to-day work life in the office.

Positive: Helps immensely with our time management and organization with documents. We receive a high influx of photos, videos, and other medias that SmartAdvocate has easy-to-use features that assists us.

Negative: There are rare occasions where SmartAdvocate will be down or slow, however they address and fix the issue fairly quickly.

Summary: I would definitely recommend this program for Personal Injury law firms. It makes the case run smoother for everyone.

Positive: I like that it is very user friendly and it keeps cases very organized. I also like that I can send text messages to the client from the computer without having to use my phone.

Negative: I don't really have any complaints. Maybe that there are outages sometimes.

Summary: SmartAdvocate has become a major part of how we operate. I appreciate how much the platform can be tailored to our needs and how it continues to evolve with new features, integrations, and AI capabilities. It has helped us improve organization, consistency, and efficiency across the firm.

Positive: SmartAdvocate is incredibly customizable and gives us the flexibility to build workflows and processes around how our firm actually operates. It helps create consistency, keeps information organized, and gives us a central place to manage so much of our day to day work.

Negative: Because the system is so robust, there is definitely a learning curve. Some features can feel overwhelming at first until you understand how the different pieces work together.

Summary: Excellent with minimal friction. I recommend them to all my attorney friends. And their customer service is tremendous. It comes across as a "for lawyers, by lawyers" product.

Positive: Highly customizable and reliable. Amazing technical support at reasonable prices. I tried all the other popular apps out there. None of them come close to Smart Advocate.

Negative: User interface needs a bit more of a modern refresh, but it's mostly cosmetic. Can sometimes feel a bit bloated with too many features, but you are by no means required to use them. On the other hand, better to have them than not have them.

Summary: Great experience, would recommend SmartAdvocate to others. It was easy to get going moving from a competitive product and we do not regret moving to it.

Negative: Access permission management is large and time consuming, but can give granular access

Summary: The system is easy to use and I highly recommend. The more time you spend setting it up will work out in your benefit in the long run.

Positive: This system has streamlined many processes and workflows for our firm. Tech support always helps when there is an issue

Negative: Can be glitchy and the pages don't auto refresh, so there's a constant need to refresh to ensure you are working with the most up to date information (say if multiple people are working on a file)

Summary: Once we get everything in place, it will be amazing. Setting up automated procedures will free up our paralegals to do actual case work and improve the quality of our client service. Work plans can be as easy or complex as you would like. Our staff has adjusted well to the system and we learn new things daily.

Positive: All of the technology and automations. I like the fact that emails and text messages are automatically saved. I like that pictures from emails and text are automatically saved.

Negative: It is a lot of set up and a huge learning curve.

Summary: SmartAdvocate has been a huge boon to our local firm. Between intelligent field forms, automated process management, marketing and lead management, and so much more, it has allowed our firm to grow to a size we never thought possible!

Positive: The platform really guides you through all stages of a case, from new business tracking to closure. Automated processes and tasking templates have streamlined both case maintenance and all communication within and outside our firm.

Negative: We use the cloud based system and do not have the best internet connections, so it does sometimes bog us down. SA also offers an on-site server option that would rectify this that we are looking into.

Summary: We have used for over 10 years and couldn't imagine running our practice without Smart Advocate. Every document is available whenever we need it.

Positive: Ease of getting documents into the case. Abilitiy to sort through and create documents. Easy abilitiy to email directly from the case.
Excellent customer service with video how to responses.
Ease of editing form documents in the SA word editor.

Negative: There are so many options for each tab and setting that sometimes that it can be tough to find the exact customization you are looking for.

Summary: We use SmartAdvocate in our medium-sized firm. We focus on personal injury, nursing home-abuse, medical malpractice, mass torts, and social security disability. SmartAdvocate is flexible to meet the needs of all of our practice areas. I appreciate the ability to customize SmartAdvocate to meet our needs and the developers at SmartAdvocate welcome suggestions and ideas to regularly improve user experience. When needed, tech support is responsive and solves any issues quickly.

Positive: Customization, Flexibility, and responsiveness of the Smart Advocate team to suggestions and requests.

Negative: Lots of features and tools, sometimes I would like to turn off or hide features we don't use.

Summary: Again, it is a great tool for case management. As the Director of Investigations for Parnall Law, Smart Advocate helps keep my cases on track. Once you get the knowledge of how it works, you can zip in and out of all the tools within it, and accomplish a ton of work.

Positive: It is a Great Case management tool that keeps my investigations and tasks on track. There are so many options to zero in what you want to record, and the reports that you can get out .

Negative: There is nothing i can think of that i do not like about this tool.

Its integrations especially with Outlook streamline daily communication, and the customizable workflows allow teams to tailor the system to their specific practice needs. Overall, it delivers reliable performance and makes day-to-day case management far more efficient.

Negative: While SmartAdvocate is highly capable, there are a few areas where it could improve. The system can feel a bit slow when generating larger reports or handling heavy workloads, and the mobile app still lacks the stability and functionality needed for quick, on-the-go access. Some advanced customization options also require a bit of a learning curve, which may slow down initial setup for smaller teams. None of these are deal-breakers, but refining these areas would make the overall experience even stronger.

Summary: It gives me an opportunity to rectify files before presenting to judges to avoid legal disputes. SmartAdvocate enhances effective drafting of official summons and court warrants.

Positive: SmartAdvocate is the primary data management in the court and it always maintains clean judgement and pleadings records. It keeps efficient files with dates and time for hearings and trials of different cases.

Negative: It is the top glitch in maintaining effective documentation of all workflows in daily court proceedings.

Summary: SmartAdvocate has created standard prosecution channels that aligns with court jurisdictions. It has secure file storage and transfer protocol that safeguards confidential data.

Positive: I often use SmartAdvocate to document evidence from witnesses and summarize my findings. It is easy to navigate across the UI. The platform complies with my role and ethical case management policies.

Negative: My main use cases have been defined by the right protocol in managing legal battles.
