Summary: Software is reliable and customer service is timely and personable. We have had little to no complaints from timekeepers/users. Great product. Software is constantly upgrading to add new features, not a stale software.
Positive: Easy to use. Quick response from customer service. Problems are resolved. quickly. The trust accounting is accurate and has appropriate reports. Interface is clean and easy to navigate. Soluno integrates well with credit card processing system.
Negative: Soluno does not currently have any budgeting capabilities.

Summary: We are PCLaw refugees and really appreciate the reliability of this cloud based product.
Positive: I really like the data input section. Most daily functions are conveniently found on one page.
Negative: Fee adjustment at time of billing needs improvement.

Amazing Practice Management System Date: Jan 14 2021
Summary: Very positive experience, I have recommended this program to a number of firms due to the experience that we have had with it. Customer services is incredible.
Positive: Easy to use, any time we've had any problem we have been able to immediately reach someone via the chat feature and have it remedied. It's made our lives a lot easier. The training was very informative and we feel like we were able to get the hang of the new system fairly quick. Good value for the money.
Negative: A couple things we've looked for haven't been there or were hard to find, but the few things that were missing that we needed were remedied by the team within a week.

Great Interface, Great Support, Looking Forward to Added Features/Functionality Date: Mar 30 2021
Summary: I would recommend this software, particularly to firms seeking ease of use for timekeepers and a positive, efficient support experience. It is easy to learn and works well.
Positive: The interface is a big improvement over our previous software. Timekeepers are very happy with the ease of posting dockets and particularly enjoy the heat map to review time targets and daily entries. We have enjoyed increased billing efficiency for clients with multiple invoices in a billing period. Support is very responsive, friendly and effective. We were able to integrate the software with our DMS.
Negative: As newer software, there are some features, adjustments and reports that are not yet available. Soluno has added features and continues to update the software (even in the short time we have been with them), so I expect my rating will be 5 stars by the end of this year.

Completely refreshing alternative from the usual software program we are used to! Date: Mar 25 2021
Summary: Overall experience so far is extremely positive. We made the best decision to transfer to Soluno from PC Law (which we found had terrible customer service and regular issues).
Positive: This program is so user friendly and easy to use, it makes the accounting side of running a firm fun!
Customer service is nothing short of wonderful. Support team is very responsive and give a clear impression that they want to help - no question is too silly.Negative: We are new to the program, so still ironing out some kinks, but just a couple of things we have noticed. It is not yet possible to delete or close files, but I understand they are working on that and there was a hack we were taught to organize all files we need to delete together, so they are easily identifiable.

At this stage, we have not yet been able to figure out how to allocate write downs to a specific fee earner on bills, for accurate recording of a fee earner's billed amount for bonus purposes.
