Negative: I have realized most benefits while working with this platform to handle legal projects in the organization.

Positive: The dashboards for the software are absolutely amazing, also the way ai is incorporated in to help is far more advanced than any other software company we have used.

Negative: None. I did not have any complaints and so far there is nothing I would add on or change

Positive: I like the layout, ease of use and fields. I enjoy having all documents for the client in one place.

Negative: I wish the phone app worked. I often work out of in the field so having access to the phone app would assist me when I need to check specials, send emails, or call the client urgently.

It is easy to learn how it works and the customer support team is ever reachable for any guidance.

Negative: I have familiarised faster with this platform as compared to other legal tools that I have used before.

Summary: SmartAdvocate is solving the problem of scattered workflows and manual errors. it has helped us serve client faster, improve internal coordination and get better insights from reports for business decision. overall my experience has been very good. it made our operation more organized , efficient and data driven even though it took some training to get comfortable with all its features.

Positive: It has been very useful for us because it combines case tracking, document management and reporting in one system. Instead of switching between different software, our team can manager everything from intake to settlement within the same platform. The best part is automation. Routine tasks like reminders , document generation and follow ups are handled smoothly, which saves a lot of time, the integration with email and other systems also make communication faster and more transparent.

Negative: One thing i find less helpful is that the interface can feel a bit complex at first, it is powerful, but new users may take some time to understand where each option is.

Summary: Outstanding!! We are a month in and the entire firm of almost 50 team members loves it!! The development and implementation team were OUTSTANDING. No stone left unturned. Testing on the conversion of data ensured nothing was left behind or missing when we went live. The issues after conversion were minimal. The SmartAdvocate team truly does everything possible to ensure you get the best outcome.

Positive: User friendly, easy to manage, customer service, training & support, development and implementation.

Negative: Initial transition from implementation team to support, but that worked itself out within 5-days, and all was great again.

Summary: It took a little bit to get used to but once I got the hang of it, its been a breeze! If I can learn it, anyone can!

Positive: I absolutely love the texting feature this program provides along with the ease of intaker. Opening files is so easy

Negative: I've been using this for a little over a year and I do not have any cons

Negative: I wish there were a way to automate calendar reminders.

Summary: Training team and support extremely helpful. I think I never imaged a group of people could be so attentive to their clients as they are.

Positive: User friendly, Organization of workflow , documents and time tracking is phenomenal. It is extremely difficult to have such organization in the legal field court procedures are changing often and the turnaround rate of staff is also high the software helps with an organized manner.

Negative: None thus far, I would say that it takes time to set up but that is something that happens with any software.
