Summary: Everything ... being a small business owner its so hard to find ways to stick out and when you find a company that can help you and they really do what they say is a amazing thing 1 less thing to worry about i love SlickText.

Positive: They do what they say that checks every box and now a days this is very rare plus this is a universal tool i also use it for my moms business.

Negative: I guess if I had to have one it would be that they have no number to call into customer service.

Summary: Enjoying the service. Nothing but good things so far. Constantly get updates regarding compliance so I can stay legal LOL.

Positive: Very detailed "how to" videos.
Quick access to support.
Very clean and intuitive GUI.
There are recommendations on creating optimal texts and responses.
Clients love the professionalism of the texts.

Negative: All issues I have run into (that were mostly user error) were resolved.

Summary: Great experience and super easy to communicate with the SlickText team. Super knowledgeable about their service.

Positive: Able to resolve all issues I had.
Team had a great understanding of how to site works.
They easily led me to the correct path to resolve and avoid issues in the future.

Negative: I wish it was easier to get on the phone with someone but regardless, the customer service chat was extremely useful for me

Summary: Aside from how simple the platform is to use. The support and friendliness are extraordinary. We're on a first-name basis, lol.

Positive: Ridiculously simple to use and migrate around! Very user-friendly. In fact, it took me to know to get good at using the platform.

Negative: Non comes to mind, I can honestly only think of the benefits. If there were cons I would have left them years ago.

Summary: I love the chat feature that SlickText provides. I'm not a fan of talking on the phone so the easy access to chat with support is such an awesome feature and I really like it.

Positive: Today, Kate was my SlickText bestie by helping me with a request that I had. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Greatly appreciated her support. My experience with SlickText has been fantastic.

Negative: The biggest con is the price. It's tough to be able to afford the services and a dedicated short number.

Summary: I couldn’t be any happier and the amazing thing is that I’m NOT on the most expensive program and they still treat me like a VIP!

Positive: After doing my research, I chose SlickText based upon their available service and features at a reasonable price. Imagine my surprise when I not only got all that; I also have received top notch Customer Service from the minute I got started!

Negative: It’s a bummer that messages with photos count as 3 🙁

Positive: Signing up was so easy especially since I am not an adept computer person. Posting is a breeze too!!

Negative: Nothing so far, support helped us at the beginning but now it's easy.

Positive: There's many features I don't use yet that are available, but what I use SlickText for right now is text contests. They're easy to set up with lots of options! Price is great compared to some other services.

Negative: I honestly can't think of anything I don't like. I can't believe how easy it is to set up.

Summary: We have needed assistance several times with a campaign we were running and the SlickText team was easy to reach by phone and very responsive to emails.

Positive: This team is on it!

Negative: I don't have any cons and wish I didn't have to write at least 50 characters in this section.

Summary: This has had such a positive impact on our business and our customers appreciate the value it represents.

Positive: It is a great way to communicate new product information & specials.
It saves paper and time while making sure our message is delivered to the decision maker. We went from communicating once a month to weekly and now our customers ask for our weekly specials sheet.

Negative: Takes a bit of learning but the support offered is fantastic.

Summary: I've never used a service like this before but someone recommended SlickText and I didn't have to look anywhere else. From my first interaction with their chat box I was able to get the information I needed and set everything up. I only needed to use this for a short-term project and was able to cancel VERY easily at the end of the project.

Positive: Using the platform is super user-friendly and intuitive.

It only took me a few minutes to go through the entire site and I never had questions--that's pretty unheard of when you onboard a new system.
