Upon arrival, visitors, contractors, and employees simply scan a QR code displayed on a printed sign and can sign in directly using their smartphones without the need for any app downloads.

Administrators are responsible for configuring the sites, creating the printed signage, and establishing the necessary induction materials. Contractors are required to complete the induction process during their initial visit, allowing them seamless access in subsequent visits. At any given moment, the system provides a real-time register of individuals present on site, and the evacuation list can be conveniently accessed on mobile devices during emergency drills.

Additionally, SiteKey efficiently logs daily job safety analyses, incident reports, near misses, toolbox talks, and safety walks conducted on-site. To enhance security, sign-ins are monitored against a pre-defined GPS boundary for each location, enabling alerts or blocks for any check-ins occurring outside these limits.
