It helps teams manage work hours, absences, overtime, shift schedules, approvals, and payroll-ready exports from one web-based workspace. The platform is not a full payroll engine, but it organizes approved time, absence, premium, and correction data so payroll teams or accountants can process it more efficiently. Employees can submit hours from desktop or mobile browsers, while managers can approve records through one- or two-level approval workflows. SimpliTime supports leave requests, leave balances, team calendars, shift templates, swap handling, discrepancy reports, and overtime-risk monitoring. HR and payroll teams can generate monthly summaries, timesheets, pay-item lists, PDF exports, XLS exports, and configurable payroll templates. Every approval, correction, export, and download is time-stamped and recorded in a searchable audit trail. Higher plans add features such as payslip generation, bulk downloads, benefits, corrections, overtime multipliers, contribution tracking, pre-close checks, reporting, document libraries, and onboarding tasks.
