    Summary: Under old system great. It was easy to create and send emails with large packages attached.

    Under new system - not so great.

    Positive: The old system worked fine. It was easy to navigate. The new system is difficult to use. And when I tried to contact support, they indicated they'd get back to me, at most within 24 Hours.

    Negative: The new screens and online systems are terrible.
    To start a new contact it says press "Enter" button and there is no "Enter" button on the screen.
    The Support people indicate that if you have a problem they will contact you, typically within 24 HOURS!
