    Summary: As an unfavourable point we can mention that it does not have a backup storage and restoration in case of errors in its platform subjecting us to lose and delay task and project management. However, we highly recommend it offers us completely useful tools to optimize collaboration between employees with their chats, audio and video conferences and much more.

    Positive: We found SamePage to be a great way to apply communication and feedback tools for work collaboration. It provides us with functions including internal chats and video conferencing as well as an internal section for synchronising files of all kinds in the cloud. The most useful feature for our company is the task assignment function in the calendar that is shared with all collaborators.

    Negative: It is disconcerting that the application does not have an automatic backup of the information that is transmitted through its meeting rooms that are deleted when there is interference of internet connection or unexpected failures in our servers and has made us lose important information of task assignments or attachments.

    Summary: The fact of not generating backup storage in case of any failure in its platform leaves much to be desired, subjecting companies to the risk of losing important material. However, it does provide useful collaboration tools such as discussion forums and real-time file and audio sharing.

    Positive: We find this program useful as it offers a full set of collaboration tools to create feedback between employees. It has chat and video call tools and various file sharing. It also offers the option of scheduling group calendars for scheduling tasks.

    Negative: As an unfavorable point we get that it does not provide an option of reservations or backups within the meeting rooms, causing that by some unexpected closure everything previously shared in that room is lost, which leads to a disarticulation of the scheduled tasks or important files already shared.

    Summary: My overall experience is completely inclined towards its positive side. It enhances productivity and eases the online working culture. Overall, its this very responsive for team collaboration.

    Pretty lackluster

    Summary: I can't say I'm a fan. I've been looking to see what's out there, scoping out possible options, and gave this a shot to see if it'd work for my needs. The features themselves are good, and I like what they have to offer. But overall, the app and browser version both look unpolished and very dated. The mindmapping option in particular looks really dated. It just looks unfinished. I think with some revamping in appearance, it would be a lot better because what is there, functionality-wise, isn't half bad.

    Positive: It has a lot of features and you can use it across multiple platforms. You can make a spreadsheet or a text file in it, add images, create schedules and assign tasks, and make a mindmap for brainstorming ideas. You can organize everything into folders, which is nice and there's a board view for tasks.

    Negative: Compared to the more popular, similar software out there, this one seems really lackluster. It has a lot of features, sure, but everything about it looks unpolished. It's nice to have a mindmapping feature, but this one looks like it was something designs from over ten years ago with how unprofessional it looks. I think that's my main gripe with everything about it--it looks dated and unfinished.
