    Summary: Despite the challenges, I will still recommend it. because I did not encounter a major issue that would affect my productivity. And if there's a technical issue all you need to do is to call their technical support (they're very friendly and helpful) and very knowledgeable. they will be able to resolve the issue in no time.

    Positive: User friendly, all you need to do is to fill up each item then at the end of the page your report is already done as if there is a pre-program script. that software has overall accuracy and consistent data. Integrating Salesforce to another platform is convenient and can be customized depending on the need to use.

    Negative: the interface is not that pleasing to the eye. especially the font size, they're difficult to read. And there are certain Items that when you save them you can no longer make changes.
