Sales Sling Description

Call Recording All calls are automatically recorded and saved on the contact record in the Sales Sling Lead Management System. You can search for calls through our reporting and agent history features. This allows you to quickly find, download, flag, or flag a call, and share it with other team members or agents for coaching or review. Outcome tracking is built into the call making workflow and will become second-nature for your agents. The call center dashboard has predetermined disposition buttons. After a call, your agent can click on an outcome to move a contact into the appropriate bucket in your sales pipeline. You can conference in as many people you need for a demo or meeting. This allows you to speak directly to an agent on a phone call without them hearing, and to take control of a call if necessary. This is a great way to train new talent.
