    Sage Payroll Review

    Date: May 24 2022

Summary: Program is hard to use, cumbersome, doesn't hold the information. Hard to correct when mistakes are made.

Positive: I like that it's a stand alone program, that I don't have to source out my payroll to a third party.

Negative: I didn't like that information wasn't holding and I had to enter the same things many times. When entering YTD information, I couldn't see what the values were so that I could balance my payroll before continuing on to do a pay run. The only way I could get the reports was if I completed a pay run and then if things don't balance, you can't change the YTD. When I emailed support about deleting the information and starting over, the only option was to sign up again under a different email.
