S2 e-Timesheet Description

The S2 eTimesheet™, a web-based time- and expense tracking solution for Sage 100 ERP, and S2 Project Accounting, is unique. This module allows employees of companies that use Sage 100 with S2 Project accounting to easily enter time and expense online. This module is designed to keep track of all employee timesheet traffic. Employees will need to enter their earnings code, project ID, or project description. Once the time has been approved, it can be imported into Sage 100 via S2 Project Accounting™. Two interfaces are available. The Employee User Interface allows users access the system via the internet and to enter their time on projects they have been assigned. Each employee has a unique username/password. All projects that have been assigned to employees in Sage 100 can be viewed in the S2 E-Timesheet™. The Administration User Interface allows System Administrators to change passwords or assist users in logging in.
